Dr. Jennifer Wiley is a board-certified family physician at Partners in Family Medicine North Greenbush in Troy, NY. She received her medical degree from the Health Science Center at Brooklyn in Brooklyn, NY, and completed her residency at Highland Hospital in Rochester, NY. Upon completing her training, Dr. Wiley worked as an attending physician at A.O. Fox Hospital in Oneonta, NY, where she provided inpatient and outpatient care in a family medicine practice. She began her studies at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, where she earned her bachelor’s degree. Dr. Wiley also received her master’s degree at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, NY. She has served on the board of directors for Catskill Area Hospice and the board of directors for A.O. Fox Hospital. Dr. Wiley is particularly interested in health equity, women’s health, and disease prevention through lifestyle adjustments.
Dr. Wiley chose to specialize in family medicine because she enjoys forming connections with patients of all ages. This area of medicine allows her to care for patients in the context of their families. Dr. Wiley loves getting to know her patients while working with them to achieve their health goals throughout their life. She feels managing mental health is as vital as managing physical health.
In her free time, Dr. Wiley enjoys running, hiking, reading, quilting, and spending time with her children, friends, and family.
