EMR Upgrade throughout the weekend: CCP will be completing a scheduled upgrade to our electronic medical record (EMR) system to help enhance and support your care experience. Our practices remain accessible, on-call providers continue to be available, and Latham Urgent Care will remain open for urgent medical needs. Most of this work is happening behind the scenes. If you receive care this weekend, you likely won’t notice any difference, other than occasionally confirming information to ensure we have the most accurate details for your care. We appreciate your patience.

 

If you visit Urgent Care this weekend, it would be helpful to bring a current list of your medications. You should also expect paper prescriptions rather than electronic prescriptions during portions of the upgrade. Any other office-specific changes or instructions will be communicated directly by your practice, if needed. Please check your practice’s website for the latest updates.

Jennifer Hutton

Biography

Dr. Jennifer Hutton is board certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She received her medical degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, and completed her podiatric surgical residency at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT. Dr. Hutton began her studies at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, where she earned a Bachelor of Science.

Dr. Hutton specializes in podiatric medicine, and she sees patients at Community Care Podiatry – Delmar in Delmar, NY. From an early age, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in the field of medicine. During her undergraduate studies, Dr. Hutton fractured a small bone in her foot while playing basketball. This injury helped Dr. Hutton decide to specialize in podiatric medicine.

In her spare time, Dr. Hutton enjoys watching her three children play soccer, baseball, and wrestling. She also loves watching sports and spending time outdoors, especially in the Adirondacks.
