Biography

Attention Patients – Effective Monday, July 29, Dr. Fitz has joined another CCP practice, Latham Internal Medicine, at 6 Wellness Way, Main Entrance, Suite 109, Latham.

Dr. Grahame Fitz is a board-certified family physician specializing in the care of patients 18 and older. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Medical Society of the State of New York, and the Medical Society of the County of Albany. Dr. Fitz received his Doctor of Medicine from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. He completed a flexible internship at Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown, NY. Dr. Fitz also trained as a family medicine resident at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY. He began his studies at the University of Colorado in Boulder, CO, and earned his Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Brown University in Providence, RI. Dr. Fitz values continuity of care and developing long-term relationships with patients. He chose to specialize in family medicine because he enjoys providing a broad scope of medicine and caring for generations of families. Outside work, Dr. Fitz enjoys tennis, kayaking, skiing, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
