EMR Upgrade throughout the weekend: CCP will be completing a scheduled upgrade to our electronic medical record (EMR) system to help enhance and support your care experience. Our practices remain accessible, on-call providers continue to be available, and Latham Urgent Care will remain open for urgent medical needs. Most of this work is happening behind the scenes. If you receive care this weekend, you likely won’t notice any difference, other than occasionally confirming information to ensure we have the most accurate details for your care. We appreciate your patience.

 

If you visit Urgent Care this weekend, it would be helpful to bring a current list of your medications. You should also expect paper prescriptions rather than electronic prescriptions during portions of the upgrade. Any other office-specific changes or instructions will be communicated directly by your practice, if needed. Please check your practice’s website for the latest updates.

Biography

Deborah Hirt is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and nurse-midwife. She completed her advanced nursing degree from Russell Sage College Troy, NY, where she also received a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science. She completed her training as a nurse-midwife at the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Deborah has devoted nearly her entire career of more than 50 years to women’s health care. She specializes in obstetrics and gynecology and what means the most to her are the long-term relationships she’s developed with her patients and their families. Deborah practices at Capital Region Women’s Care in Troy, NY.
