Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.
If you have questions, patients can call Change Healthcare at 1-866-262-5342, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, CT. Change Healthcare is offering patients the option to sign up for free credit protection. Please follow the instructions in your letter.

Darin Price

Biography

After earning his medical degree at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, Dr. Darin Price completed his pediatric residency at The Children’s Hospital at Albany Medical Center.

Certified in Neonatal Advanced Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Dr. Price is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Medical Association and American Osteopathic Association.

Dr. Price resides in Bethlehem with his wife, son, and two daughters. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys skiing, cooking, and training his golden retriever.
