EMR Upgrade throughout the weekend: CCP will be completing a scheduled upgrade to our electronic medical record (EMR) system to help enhance and support your care experience. Our practices remain accessible, on-call providers continue to be available, and Latham Urgent Care will remain open for urgent medical needs. Most of this work is happening behind the scenes. If you receive care this weekend, you likely won’t notice any difference, other than occasionally confirming information to ensure we have the most accurate details for your care. We appreciate your patience.

 

If you visit Urgent Care this weekend, it would be helpful to bring a current list of your medications. You should also expect paper prescriptions rather than electronic prescriptions during portions of the upgrade. Any other office-specific changes or instructions will be communicated directly by your practice, if needed. Please check your practice’s website for the latest updates.

Daniil Niyazov

Biography

Dr. Daniil Niyazov is a board-certified physician in internal medicine. He earned his medical degree from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in Buffalo, NY. His residency program was in internal medicine at Albany Medical Center. Dr. Niyazov volunteered as a student at the Lighthouse Free Medical Clinic in Buffalo, NY, giving back as much as possible to the community around him.

In his free time, you can find Dr. Niyazov on the golf course, cooking up some delicious food and traveling the world. He has an ear for foreign languages and, although not proficient, enjoys speaking some Russian.
