EMR Upgrade throughout the weekend: CCP will be completing a scheduled upgrade to our electronic medical record (EMR) system to help enhance and support your care experience. Our practices remain accessible, on-call providers continue to be available, and Latham Urgent Care will remain open for urgent medical needs. Most of this work is happening behind the scenes. If you receive care this weekend, you likely won’t notice any difference, other than occasionally confirming information to ensure we have the most accurate details for your care. We appreciate your patience.

 

If you visit Urgent Care this weekend, it would be helpful to bring a current list of your medications. You should also expect paper prescriptions rather than electronic prescriptions during portions of the upgrade. Any other office-specific changes or instructions will be communicated directly by your practice, if needed. Please check your practice’s website for the latest updates.

Biography

Dr. Christina Spaulding is a board-certified family physician at Partners in Family Medicine North Greenbush in Troy, NY. She received her medical degree at NYIT College Of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY, and completed her residency training at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, NY. She completed her undergraduate studies at Russell Sage College in Troy, NY. Dr. Spaulding enjoys all aspects of family medicine, including women’s and children’s care, and focuses on lifestyle change to support health.

Dr. Spaulding grew up locally in East Greenbush, NY. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, family, and friends. She loves sports and fitness, yoga, and playing with her dogs.
