Brooke Gifford

Biography

Brooke Gifford is a certified physician assistant specializing in family medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Brooke completed the Yale University Physician Assistant Program in New Haven, Connecticut, and began her studies at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, earning her bachelor’s degree. She has a particular interest in disease prevention.

Brooke has always been interested in human biology and health since her childhood. She especially enjoys meeting people and helping them manage their most important asset, their health. Brooke believes in working with her patients as a team to manage their health. Her greatest satisfaction in working with patients is getting to know them as people and building a trusting relationship. She feels patients want to be validated and listened to, which Brooke aims to do. As a physician assistant, she wants to connect with her patients and involve them in their own care.

Brooke is originally from Ithaca. She enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, singing, and spending time with family in her spare time.
