Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.
If you have questions, patients can call Change Healthcare at 1-866-262-5342, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, CT. Change Healthcare is offering patients the option to sign up for free credit protection. Please follow the instructions in your letter.

Brigid Mack

MD

Biography

Dr. Brigid Mack is board certified in family medicine. She earned her medical degree from the University at Buffalo State University of New York. Dr. Mack began her undergraduate studies at the University of Rochester, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts. She completed her family medicine residency at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, and a fellowship in maternal-child health at Highland Hospital of Rochester.

Dr. Mack has a strong clinical focus on transgender affirming care and the full spectrum of reproductive health care, as well as a passion for working with medical students and residents. She has an educational focus on health equity and pediatrics. Dr. Mack is one of the faculty providing asylum seekers medical evaluations through the Capital District Asylum Collaborative. Her free time is spent with her three daughters.
