Our New Location in the Rensselaer Technology Park
101 Jordan Road, North Greenbush, NY 12180
The new Rensselaer Technology Park being constructed the corner of Route 4 and Jordan Road in North Greenbush will soon be the home of Community Care Physicians' practices. The two-story, 40,000 square-foot state-of-the-art facility will consolidate several Community Care offices, including primary care, urgent care, imaging, ob/gyn, plastic surgery, and a workout room to better serve our patients.
