Starting the first week in April, construction will begin on the building adjacent to 6 Wellness Way in Latham, which will house an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and other entities. This is the area that has been fenced off in the parking lot since Wellness Way opened.
For your visits, you will notice temporary changes to traffic flow and parking for construction. Follow the large posted signs—they’ll guide you where to go.
What to expect:
- If your practice is located at the South or West Entrances (as stated in your appointment reminders), please continue to the traffic circle at the end of Wellness Way and enter the parking lots from that direction. You will not be able to access these entrances from the Main Parking Lot (first left turn) throughout construction.
- Access to the Main Entrance, North Entrance, and Urgent Care will remain largely unchanged with a few adjustments to traffic flow. The first and second entrances (left turns) into the Main Parking Lot will be open, but only to access these entrances (Main, North, and Urgent Care).
- During construction, parking spaces closest to Stewarts will no longer be accessible. This change should not be overly disruptive, and sufficient parking remains available for our patients.
Please refer to the map below for a visual overview of the detours and traffic patterns. There’s no need to memorize these changes—just allow a few extra minutes; clear, highly visible signage will guide all visitors.
We appreciate your patience throughout construction, which is estimated to be completed in Spring 2027.
