Niskayuna Power Outage Update
Our Niskayuna practices at River Road Health Park (2125 River Road) are continuing to experience phone and internet disruptions following yesterday’s outage caused by an electrical transformer fire. Our service providers are actively working to restore service as quickly as possible. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled or changed (including to a telemedicine visit), your doctor’s office will contact you directly by phone, text, or email. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. If you are unable to reach your office for non-urgent needs, please try again once service has been restored. For urgent medical concerns, if your doctor’s office is unavailable, please seek care at the nearest urgent care or emergency department, or call 911.
