Receiving notifications regarding your portal account? Here’s why

The following portal bulletin was sent to all CCP patient portal users on Friday, August 5, regarding updates to the patient portal system. This could be why you receive a number of notifications over the weekend to your portal. Please read the message below.  

Dear Patients,

We will be processing one additional update to the Community Care Physicians Follow My Health / MyCareDOT portal beginning in the evening Friday August 5, 2022.   This process will run on weekends only and may take up to 5 weeks to complete.  This update is to address an issue that was created with our system consolidation that began in November of 2021.  You may receive a notification that there was an update to your account, specifically the conditions section of the chart.  This is not new information just a process we are running to fully align your portal data with the new consolidated Community Care Physicians Health record.
