Community Care Breast Surgery

About

Community Care Breast Surgery offers care for breast cancer patients, high-risk surveillance, and benign breast disease. Our patients and their families can expect the personalized attention they deserve from initial referral, preoperative counseling, surgical intervention, and postoperative follow-up.

Surgical procedures are performed at St. Peter’s Hospital, with select outpatient procedures available at CCP’s Interventional Care suite at Wellness Way. This option provides the convenience of a private office setting while maintaining the same high level of expert care. We see adult patients 18 years and older.

Community Care Breast Surgery has the support of CCP’s other cancer specialists, including subspecialized breast radiologists at The Ruth Beer Breast Center at ImageCare, radiation oncologists at Image Guided Radiation Therapy, medical oncologists from Upstate Hematology Oncology, and oncology nurse navigators. We work together to offer comprehensive cancer care so you can stay close to home and your loved ones.

Community Care Breast Surgery is co-located in Wellness Way, our state-of-the-art multispecialty medical arts complex located off Route 9 in Latham, with Image Guided Radiation Therapy in Suite G12, and is next to The Ruth Beer Breast Center at ImageCare. Our location allows us to provide more streamlined, coordinated breast care for our patients.
