Anthony Malone, MD, CapitalCare Developmental Pediatrics: Dr. Anthony Malone is board certified in pediatrics and developmental-behavioral pediatrics. He has extensive experience in the care of special needs children. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD, and began his studies at Trinity College in Hartford, CT. Dr. Malone completed his residency in pediatrics and his fellowship in developmental disabilities at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY. He is the co-founder of CapitalCare Developmental Pediatrics in Latham, NY, and is a Clinical Associate Professor in pediatrics at Albany Medical College.

Elaine Bishop, MSN, CNM, Ovia Health: Elaine Bishop is a certified nurse midwife who has been working in maternal child healthcare for over 20 years. She began her career as a labor and delivery nurse, spent several years working as a full-scope Certified Nurse-Midwife and enjoyed attending births as well as caring for women throughout their lifespan in the office setting. After starting her own family, she transitioned to the role of fetal care coordinator where she helped families with rare fetal diagnoses navigate the healthcare system.

Danyale Sturdivant, MSSW, Living Autism Out Loud: Danyale Sturdivant, MSSW, is a nationally recognized disability justice advocate, equity strategist, and clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience supporting racially and ethnically diverse communities. As the founder of Living Autism Out Loud, she leads initiatives that uplift the voices of marginalized families navigating autism and disability systems. Her work centers culturally responsive advocacy, family empowerment, and systemic change across education, health care, and public policy.
