EMR Upgrade throughout the weekend: CCP will be completing a scheduled upgrade to our electronic medical record (EMR) system to help enhance and support your care experience. Our practices remain accessible, on-call providers continue to be available, and Latham Urgent Care will remain open for urgent medical needs. Most of this work is happening behind the scenes. If you receive care this weekend, you likely won’t notice any difference, other than occasionally confirming information to ensure we have the most accurate details for your care. We appreciate your patience.
If you visit Urgent Care this weekend, it would be helpful to bring a current list of your medications. You should also expect paper prescriptions rather than electronic prescriptions during portions of the upgrade. Any other office-specific changes or instructions will be communicated directly by your practice, if needed. Please check your practice’s website for the latest updates.
Dr. Mitchel Campito is board certified in radiology. He earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, NY. Dr. Campito began his studies at Holy Cross College, earning a Bachelor of Arts. He completed his diagnostic radiology and internal medicine residencies at Albany Medical Center Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Campito specializes in radiology and musculoskeletal imaging, and he sees patients at ImageCare Medical Imaging.
