This incident did not occur within Community Care Physicians’ environment or involve access to patients’ electronic medical records. RevSpring is notifying affected patients directly by postal mail. Biography

Dr. Mitchel Campito is board certified in radiology. He earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, NY. Dr. Campito began his studies at Holy Cross College, earning a Bachelor of Arts. He completed his diagnostic radiology and internal medicine residencies at Albany Medical Center Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident.
