McKenzie Robillard, PharmD, BCACP is board certified in ambulatory care. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Albany College of Pharmacy. McKenzie’s interest in pharmaceutical care began in high school. She fell in love with science and the ability to research and design medicine to decrease the impact of diseases. Her fascination with the human body and how medications work drove her to pursue a career in pharmacy and she has loved every minute of it.
McKenzie’s favorite part about her day to day job is interacting with and helping patients. Seeing their chronic conditions improve is truly what she looks forward to most. When caring for patients, McKenzie is empathetic, listens and encourages shared decision making with her patients.
When she isn’t in the medical office, McKenzie is volunteering in several childhood cancer organizations such as Make A Wish Foundation and both the Melodies Center and the Children’s Hospital at Albany Medical Center.
