Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.
If you have questions, patients can call Change Healthcare at 1-866-262-5342, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, CT. Change Healthcare is offering patients the option to sign up for free credit protection. Please follow the instructions in your letter.

Marvin Schwartz

Biography

Dr. Marvin Schwartz completed his abdominal imaging fellowship at Albany Medical Center following his diagnostic radiology residency at Morristown Memorial Hospital. He interned in internal medicine with Staten Island University Hospital. Dr. Schwartz received his Bachelor of Science from City College of New York – Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College. Dr. Schwartz is affiliated with the American Medical Association, American College of Radiology, and the American Roentgen Ray Society.
