Notice Regarding RevSpring Security Incident: You may have heard about or received a letter regarding a security incident involving RevSpring, a company used by CCP’s vendor to support our billing platform and payment portal. This incident did not occur within Community Care Physicians’ environment or involve access to patients’ electronic medical records. RevSpring is notifying affected patients directly by postal mail. If you receive a letter, please follow the instructions provided. Questions about the incident should be directed to RevSpring’s call center 844-971-8621 Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET, excluding major U.S. holidays, as CCP cannot determine or look up whether an individual patient was affected.
