Kaitlyn Bloise, a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner, is an esteemed member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She holds a Master of Science in nursing from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from SUNY Plattsburgh. Kaitlyn takes pride in building strong relationships with her patients and their families with a warm and compassionate approach.
Kaitlyn’s passion for pediatrics began early in her career, where she spent six years as a Pediatric ICU nurse. During this time, she had the honor of caring for incredibly resilient children facing some of life’s greatest challenges. For Kaitlyn, the most meaningful aspects of patient care are clear communication, education, and a commitment to family-centered care. She believes in fostering an open line of communication to ensure that families feel comfortable, informed, and supported every step of the way.
Growing up in Clifton Park and as a former patient of Community Care Pediatrics, Kaitlyn’s journey has come full circle. She now dedicates herself to delivering exceptional care to her community.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends and exploring new travel destinations.
