Dr. J. Antonio Reyes, MBA, FAAFP works with a diverse patient population within the Capital Region. Dr. Reyes is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, and he is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Reyes earned his medical degree from the University of the East and completed a family medicine residency at St. Clare’s Hospital, Schenectady, where he was also Chief Resident. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in biology from De La Salle University and an MBA in healthcare management from Clarkson University. Prior to joining Community Care Physicians, Dr. Reyes was the Medical Director for Primary Care and Practice Transformation for a local healthcare system and Director of Health Operations for a start-up company. Dr. Reyes continues to pursue his interest by precepting medical residents and students.

He values his time helping others and developing strong relationships with his colleagues, staff, and especially patients. Dr. Reyes has a particular interest in preventive medicine, practice management, including innovation and value-based care.
