Eileen Raposa is a Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI) specialist with a deep passion for patient-centered care and decades of diverse experience. She provides expert infusion therapy services at InfusionCare in Latham, NY, where she combines clinical skills with compassion and a genuine love of connecting with her patients.
Originally from Westport, MA, Eileen has called New York home for the past 20 years. Her path to nursing began in 1992, when she became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and immediately felt drawn to the rewarding nature of caregiving. After raising her family and working in the insurance industry for 17 years, Eileen returned to school and earned her Associate of Applied Science in nursing from Hudson Valley Community College in 2014. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in business management from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.
Eileen has a strong background in home infusion therapy and is a dedicated member of the Infusion Nurses Society and the online Vascular Access and Infusion Specialists Group. She finds fulfillment in the dynamic, ever-evolving field of infusion care and takes pride in helping patients heal and thrive through specialized treatments.
Known for her warmth and attentiveness, Eileen values the opportunity to talk with patients and hear their stories. She believes there is always something to learn from everyone she meets.
Outside of work, Eileen enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and her dog. She’s an active member of the Van Rensselaer Garden Club and finds joy in cultivating both gardens and relationships.
