Caitlyn Loesch is a dedicated Registered Dietitian specializing in nutrition, disease prevention, weight management, and gastrointestinal health. With a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University, a master’s degree in applied nutrition from Russell Sage College, and an Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics member, Caitlyn has extensive education and training that uniquely position her to support patients in the Capital Region of New York.

Caitlyn’s passion for nutrition was sparked in her senior year of high school when her early experiences shadowing dietitians across specialties inspired her to pursue this field. She emphasizes individualized patient care, designing tailored nutrition plans to empower patients to reach sustainable, achievable health outcomes. Guided by the belief that “the greatest wealth is health,” Caitlyn prioritizes a personalized approach that aligns with each patient’s unique needs, lifestyle, and goals.

Her favorite aspect of her work is witnessing patients’ progress, which she describes as the most satisfying part of her career.

Caitlyn enjoys snowboarding, hiking, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends outside of work.
