Breanne Lewandowski is a certified family nurse practitioner. She received her Master of Science after completing the family nurse practitioner program from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing with a minor in psychology. Breanne has a strong interest in developmental progression, disease prevention, and pediatric diabetes.
Originally from Rotterdam, Breanne always had a passion for medicine and family-centered care. Her favorite part of being a nurse practitioner is watching kids and families grow in a healthy and thriving environment. Breanne believes it’s important to get to know her patients and families. She takes pride in the time she spends with patients, providing education and ensuring they receive the best care possible. She states, “The more we understand, the less we can fear the unknown.”
Breanne has a strong passion for horses. She’s been riding horses, breeding, and competing since she was five. Caring for her animals led to her passion for caregiving and collaborative care.
