EMR Upgrade throughout the weekend: CCP will be completing a scheduled upgrade to our electronic medical record (EMR) system to help enhance and support your care experience. Our practices remain accessible, on-call providers continue to be available, and Latham Urgent Care will remain open for urgent medical needs. Most of this work is happening behind the scenes. If you receive care this weekend, you likely won’t notice any difference, other than occasionally confirming information to ensure we have the most accurate details for your care. We appreciate your patience.

 

If you visit Urgent Care this weekend, it would be helpful to bring a current list of your medications. You should also expect paper prescriptions rather than electronic prescriptions during portions of the upgrade. Any other office-specific changes or instructions will be communicated directly by your practice, if needed. Please check your practice’s website for the latest updates.

Biography

Beth Jones earned her Associates degree in Physical Therapy from Maria College and graduated in 2001. She has been practicing as a Physical Therapist Assistant with Community Care since 2002. Beth’s clinical interests include working with a variety of orthopedic conditions and sports related injuries. What she loves most about her job is interacting with patients, getting to know them, and learning about their physical therapy goals. She enjoys helping them achieve those goals and make a full recovery.

When not working, Beth enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
