We have such a great community of patients that has grown so quickly, our Clifton Park location can no longer accommodate our expanding practice! As of May 16th, Community Care Rheumatology's Clifton Park location will be moving to a new office in Malta located at 2388 Route 9. We will still have the same practitioners providing the same great care – just a new location! Our phone numbers and other contact information will also be staying the same.

In addition to the Malta office, we continue to provide Rheumatology services in Saratoga Springs at One West Avenue, Suite 330 in Saratoga. Community Care Rheumatology's location will be unaffected by this change.

This practice diagnoses and treats all types of arthritis and joint conditions, as well as a variety of other musculoskeletal, autoimmune and connective tissue disorders.
