We are pleased to announce that Dr. Yoram Beer, board certified adult and pediatric urologist, has joined CCP effective July 17, 2017. Dr. Beer is now seeing patients at CCP’s new urology practice, Community Care Urology.

Community Care Urology’s main location is the Capital Region Health Park, 711 Troy-Schenectady Road, Suite 119, Latham, where Dr. Beer previously practiced. They also have a location in Clifton Park. Hours are Monday-Thursday 9am to 4pm, and Fridays 9am to noon. Carl Diaz-Parker, RPA-C, formerly of the Urological Institute, has also joined Dr. Beer and his team at Community Care Urology.

Dr. Beer has been a urologist in the Capital Region for over 35 years and is well respected by his peers and patients. His is affiliated with several hospitals locally including AMC, Albany Memorial Hospital, St Peter’s Health Partners, and Samaritan Hospital. He speaks three languages: English, French and Hebrew. Carl Diaz-Parker is also well respected in the field of urology and in CCP. He has special interest in men’s health and wellness and has lectured at Albany Medical College for Physician Assistant Studies, cancer survivor groups, and CME seminars regionally and nationally for the American Academy of Physician Assistants on Urological issues.
