Jenna Warner, NP is a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with Community Care Pediatrics – Latham. She graduated from Stony Brook University with a Master's Degree in Nursing. Jenna worked as a Registered Professional Nurse at the Children's Hospital at Albany Medical Center beginning in 2011. She is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Jenna is currently accepting new patients.

Community Care Pediatrics – Latham is open from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and offers urgent visit hours from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm on weekends. A provider is always available to take on-call phone calls after hours for any issue that is not an emergency, but cannot wait until regular office hours. Our office participates with most major insurances.
