Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.
If you have questions, patients can call Change Healthcare at 1-866-262-5342, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, CT. Change Healthcare is offering patients the option to sign up for free credit protection. Please follow the instructions in your letter.

A new healthcare center is coming online in the Capital Region. The grand opening for Wellness Way, a shared space for Community Care Physicians and insurance company CDPHP, was Tuesday in Latham. While some services have already been offered at the site, CCP CEO Dr. Shirish Parikh says the facility helps streamline healthcare. Read more on the WAMC Northeast Public Radio website.
