Welcome, Lauren Stealey, FNP-BC to Capital Region Family Medicine

Community Care Physicians is happy to welcome Lauren Stealey, FNP-BC, to the team at Capital Region Family Medicine.

Introducing Lauren Stealey, FNP-BC

I believe listening and communication are key to quality care.

That simple guiding principle embodies the philosophy Lauren brings to primary care. As a board-certified family nurse practitioner, she applies evidence-based medicine with empathy, treating each patient as a whole person rather than just a diagnosis.

Lauren earned her Master of Science in nursing and Bachelor of Science in nursing from Utica University, and an associate degree in nursing from Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY Albany.

A lifelong Capital Region resident, Lauren has served communities across the area in roles from critical care to elementary school nursing. These diverse clinical experiences shaped her conviction that preventative care and collaborative relationships are foundational to good health. Her clinical interests include women’s health, disease prevention, and holistic, patient-centered care.

Outside work, Lauren enjoys hiking, biking, traveling, and spending time with family and her dog, Daisy. Visit her bio to read more.
