Community Care Physicians (CCP) is currently experiencing a major system-wide outage due to a global issue. We want to reassure our patients that this is not a security incident, and there is no need to be concerned about the privacy of your health information. However, most of our systems, including servers, applications, and computers, are affected and not fully operational at this time.
Our technology team discovered the issue in the early morning hours, and they immediately investigated and identified the problem. They have been working diligently to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. While technology is integral to our operations, CCP has well-established downtime procedures in place to ensure continuity of care, and these protocols are being followed in all our offices.
Most practices are seeing patients as scheduled, though some may have delays or need to switch from electronic to paper processes temporarily. If phone lines or patient appointments are impacted in any way, patients will be contacted directly by their doctor’s office.
We do not yet have an estimated time for full resolution, but we are working closely with our practices and technology teams to restore all systems. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work through this challenging situation.
