Illnesses or injuries happen unexpectedly, often with the most inconvenient timing. While most physician offices strive to provide easy access to patients, sometimes you need to seek care elsewhere if your regular office is unavailable or if you don’t have a doctor. Community Care Physicians’ walk-in urgent care is designed for these situations that require immediate attention, but aren’t life threatening enough to be worth a visit to the emergency room.

Our urgent care center provides walk-in service with less waiting time, less cost, and more convenience than a typical hospital emergency room. We have a walk-in care location conveniently located off Route 9 in Latham, NY, at Wellness Way. You never need an appointment, and we treat patients of all ages with one exception – we don’t see newborns under 3 months old with fever (due to the risk of something more serious being wrong and potentially requiring emergency care). We also accept most major insurances. Whether you have a runny nose, a sore throat, or need attention for a minor injury or illness, our providers and staff can help you – just walk in!
