At Community Care Physicians, our breast health and breast surgery team evaluates and treats a wide range of breast conditions, from routine concerns to complex diagnoses, including breast cancer. We understand that breast concerns can affect both physical health and emotional well-being, and we’re committed to helping patients feel informed and supported throughout their care.

Our services include breast cancer risk assessment and surveillance for high-risk patients; evaluation of breast symptoms, including lumps or masses, pain, nipple discharge, skin changes, and abnormal imaging results; management of benign breast disease; surgical consultation and treatment for breast cancer; and select minor breast and skin procedures when appropriate.

From your initial consultation through treatment and follow-up, our teams work with you to develop an approach tailored to your needs. This may include reviewing your medical history and diagnostic results, performing a breast exam, discussing treatment and surgical options, and coordinating referrals to medical oncology and radiation oncology when needed. When appropriate, collaboration with other specialists and nurse navigation helps connect patients with the support and expertise they need throughout their care.

Our breast surgeons perform procedures at St. Peter’s Hospital, with select outpatient procedures available at Community Care Physicians’ Interventional and Endoscopy Suite at Wellness Way in Latham, NY. This QUADA-recognized facility offers a comfortable, private setting with pre- and post-procedure areas, ample parking, and an office-based copayment for eligible procedures instead of a hospital-based copayment.
