Community Care General Surgery – Delmar is located at the Delaware Avenue Health Park on the prominent corner of Elsmere and Delaware Avenue in Delmar, NY. Our surgeons see patients at our Delmar location and in Latham at the Capital Region Health Park. Our surgeons perform inpatient and outpatient procedures at St. Peter’s, Bellevue, and Albany Medical Center’s South Clinical Campus. Some of our surgical procedures, including colonoscopies and endoscopies, can be performed at CCP’s Endoscopy and Surgical Care Suite in Latham, NY, offering patients a comfortable and private office setting with pre-and post-procedure areas and ample parking.
