Maegan Fucci, FNP-C
Community Care Internal Medicine Clifton Park
Family nurse practitioner, Maegan, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Chamberlain School of Nursing in Illinois. She proceeded to achieve her Master of Science in nursing, family nurse practitioner from the State University of New York Polytechnic Institute. Maegan is a member of the New York State Nurses Association, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the New York State Nurse Practitioner Association.
Maegan chose to pursue a career in medicine based on her innate need to help others. She enjoys working with patients toward getting healthy and staying healthy. She also has an interest in disease prevention and health promotion. Maegan emphasizes the importance of communication when providing care.
When Maegan isn’t working, she enjoys reading, walking, and spending with her family.

Julie Washington, CNM
Community Care Obstetrics/Gynecology and Midwifery
Julie, born and raised in the Capital Region, received her Diploma of Nursing from Ellis Hospital School of Nursing and is a Registered Nurse. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Excelsior College before achieving her Master of Science in nurse-midwifery from Stony Brook University. Julie has over 25 years of experience as a labor and delivery nurse and is a Neonatal resuscitation program and AWH intermediate/advanced fetal monitoring instructor. Julie is a member of the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) and the American Academy of Nurse Midwives (ACNM).
She enjoys empowering women, being a part of their birth experience, and helping them make healthy choices throughout their lives. Julie believes that listening to patients and tailoring their care to fit their needs is a vital part of providing care.
In her spare time, Julie likes volunteering in local food pantries and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, camping, fishing, and horseback riding.
