Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.
If you have questions, patients can call Change Healthcare at 1-866-262-5342, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, CT. Change Healthcare is offering patients the option to sign up for free credit protection. Please follow the instructions in your letter.

Michelle DiMeo

Biography

Michelle DiMeo, RPA, RT (R) (MR) is originally from Upstate New York. Michelle earned her Associate of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology from Hudson Valley Community College. She proceeded to complete the Radiology Practitioner Assistant program at Weber State University. Michelle is a member of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, the American Society of Radiologic Technologists, and the Certification Board for Radiology Practitioner Assistants.

Michelle believes helping patients overcome the fear and anxiety of specific procedures is most important for quality patient care. Outside of medicine, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and participating and fundraising with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), a nonprofit organization focused on type 1 diabetes (T1D) research.
