Dr. Lawrence Keating is a bilingual medical doctor fluent in Spanish. He is board certified in radiology by the American Board of Radiology. He earned his medical degree from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. He began his studies at Boston College in Boston, MA, where he received a Bachelor of Arts. Dr. Keating completed his radiology residency at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA, where he served as Chief Resident. He also completed a fellowship in interventional radiology at Brown Medical School at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI.
Dr. Keating discovered interventional radiology late in his training and was drawn to the wide variety of diseases treated with a combination of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. With a particular interest in venous disease and portal hypertension, he enjoys complex diagnostic challenges and the application of effective treatment available.
When not working, Dr. Keating enjoys spending time with his wife, Cate, and two sons, Will and Jack.
