Community Care Physicians Internal Medicine – Delmar is proud to introduce our two newest providers, Daniil Niyazov, MD and Ellen Regal, NP.  Both providers are currently accepting new patients as well as looking forward to building valued relationships with previously established patients of the practice.  Please join us in welcoming both Daniil Niyazov, MD and Ellen Regal, NP to the practice.

Daniil Niyazov, MD is a physician in Internal Medicine at Community Care Physicians Internal Medicine – Delmar.  Dr. Niyazov earned his medical degree from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in Buffalo, NY.  He completed his residency in internal medicine at Albany Medical Center.  As a medical student, Dr. Niyazov volunteered his services at the Lighthouse Free Medical Clinic in Buffalo, NY.  When not working, Dr. Niyazov enjoys golfing, cooking, traveling, and has a special interest in foreign languages and is proficient in both French and Russian.

Ellen Regal, NP is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with Community Care Physicians Internal Medicine – Delmar.  She graduated from Sage Graduate School with a Master's Degree in Nursing.  She received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Fairfield University, where she graduated Cum Laude.  Ellen has extensive nursing experience, ranging from newborn to geriatric nursing care and can treat patients of all ages.  She is a member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of New York State.  Ellen is especially interested in primary care as well as urgent medical care.

The physicians of Community Care Physicians Internal Medicine – Delmar welcome new patients to our practice and value the established relationships with our current patients.  Our physicians and midlevel providers are dedicated to providing medical care with skill and compassion.  At Community Care Physicians Internal Medicine – Delmar, we understand the importance of providing accessible care, which is why we offer early and late appointment times with mid level providers for both sick visits as well as routine visits.
