Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.
If you have questions, patients can call Change Healthcare at 1-866-262-5342, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, CT. Change Healthcare is offering patients the option to sign up for free credit protection. Please follow the instructions in your letter.

Community Care Physicians last week renamed a breast imaging center in honor of a late colleague who was pivotal in establishing the program 40 years ago.
The center was officially dedicated and dubbed The Ruth Beer Breast Center at ImageCare, in honor of Breast Radiologist Dr. Ruth Beer who passed away in January 2023. Read more on the CBS6 Albany news website.
