Some of our patients have received letters in the mail from Change Healthcare regarding a data breach.
Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.
If you have questions, patients can call Change Healthcare at 1-866-262-5342, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, CT. Change Healthcare is offering patients the option to sign up for free credit protection. Please follow the instructions in your letter.

To provide physicians and mid-level providers with information on Complex ADHD
Discuss treatment with the Key Action Plans put forth by Society and Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics (SDBP)
Identify Complex ADHD in case study scenarios (treatment plan, medication recommendations, etc.)
Identify local mental health services that are available for providers to refer to for further management of Complex ADHD behaviors
