CCP Picks Up Trash to Keep Community Healthy

Have you heard of the #TrashTag Challenge? This social media challenge encourages people to post a before and after shot of an area in their community where they have picked up trash. This challenge has gone viral and now people all over the world are showing their efforts to clean up litter and trash on beaches, roadsides, parks, and more!

While Earth Day is a great time to focus on caring for our environment, we want to work to keep trash out of our community all year round! That's why Community Care Physicians is participating in the #TrashTag Challenge. Our offices located throughout the Capital Region are nominating each other, and you, to join! There are many health risks caused by pollution and by joining the #TrashTag Challenge, you are taking care of both the environment and the health of your community.

Our challenge has started with our CCP Compliance Team cleaing up a part of Latham. Check out their before and after photos – what a difference! Keep an eye out for these and our other #TrashTag challenge pictures on social media – you just might spot your healthcare practitioner cleaning up your neighborhood!
