Dr. Thomas Duff received his BA from the University of Vermont and his medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine. Dr. Duff’s internship took place at Mott’s Children’s Hospital of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He completed his fellowship in ambulatory pediatrics at the University of Michigan Affiliated Hospital, Wayne County General Hospital, Eloise, Michigan, and received his New York State Medical License. In 2000, he went to work at Community Care Physicians as a pediatrician for Latham Pediatrics. Dr. Duff is board certified in pediatrics and serves as a Diplomat for both the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Since 2000, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors at Community Care Physicians. Dr. Duff lives in Niskayuna, New York. He has been a long-standing member of the Capital District Pediatric Society and past president. Dr. Duff’s interests include skiing, travel, sports, and outdoor activities.
