Raelyn Passino earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Albany College of Pharmacy, and is a member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, The American Society of Health System Pharmacists and the College of Psychiatric and Neurologic Pharmacists. She completed a postgraduate year 1 residency at Englewood Hospital in New Jersey and a postgraduate year 2 residency at Community Care Physician’s Latham Medical Group in correlation with Albany College of Pharmacy.

Raelyn finds great joy in helping her patients access medications that were previously unobtainable to them due to cost or other barriers. To her, the most important aspect of patient care is to listen to her patients and pay close attention to what they are conveying about their health.

When she isn’t working as a pharmacist, you can find Raelyn working on her own health! She gets the most out of the outdoors by hiking and skiing, and you can also find her doing CrossFit.
