Biography

Dr. Micaela Nordhauser is board certified in developmental behavioral pediatrics. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Downstate Medical College in Brooklyn, NY. She completed her residency in pediatrics and fellowship in developmental pediatrics at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY. Dr. Nordhauser earned her Bachelor of Science in biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.

Dr. Nordhauser’s decision to pursue developmental pediatrics was strongly influenced by the birth of her son, Danny, a child with Down Syndrome. Her practice is a continual affirmation of the strength of families and their love for their children.

Dr. Nordhauser is originally from Albany, NY. When she isn’t seeing patients, she enjoys spending time with her family. You may also find her reading or attending her local cinema.
