Jennifer Fitzpatrick is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. She received her Master of Science in nursing, family nurse practitioner, and her family psychiatric and mental health post master’s certificate at The Sage Graduate School in Troy, NY. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. She is a member of the New York State Nurse Practitioner Association.
Jennifer has experience in addiction medicine, child and adolescent, and geriatric psychiatry. She focuses on helping clients improve their overall well-being with exercise and nutrition. Jennifer enjoys a holistic approach to behavioral health, incorporating body, mind, and spirit.
Jennifer is a board member and participant in the Albany Ride for Missing Children, an annual 100-mile bike ride to raise awareness and funds for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Its mission is to promote child safety and law enforcement efforts and support family and friends of missing children.
Jennifer loves anything outdoors and believes a healthy body is key to a healthy mind. You will likely find Jennifer running, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, or skiing when she isn’t working. Jennifer is the proud momma of two children, her daughter is a foster care caseworker, and her son is a medical student at the University of Buffalo. She enjoys spending time with family and her two adorable Havanese pups.
