Please call our office first before coming in if you are ill to avoid the potential of unnecessarily exposing other patients and our staff to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). While we don’t currently offer walk-in hours, our practitioners are easily accessible to care for you in multiple ways, including over the phone, using a video visit (telemedicine), or in the office while following strict infection control procedures to keep you safe. Whatever your need, you should call our office and our team will determine the best way to care for you.
Telemedicine is a great alternative to coming into the office. It allows your practitioner at our office to see you face-to-face while you remain safely at home. The process is simple. You don’t need any apps, software, or accounts. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer, and a reliable connection (wi-fi or cellular). Just click the link we send to you and, when prompted, enable your camera and microphone. Your telehealth visit is documented in your medical record. Many insurances have waived the out of pocket fee for telehealth visits during the COVID-19 crisis. However, not all have, and coverage changes often as the situation evolves. You may be charged a copay, coinsurance or your deductible depending on your insurance and the reason for your visit. Your insurance company determines this, not CCP. Make sure to call our office for any routine visit or problem you may have so we can maintain your continuity of care. We don’t know exactly when this crisis will end, so we want to be sure you receive the care you need now.
