Dr. Daniel Greenblatt is an experienced pediatric neurologist with fellowship training in pediatric multiple sclerosis at National Pediatric MS Center, Stony Brook University Medical Center, and a pediatric neurology fellowship at SUNY Downstate/Kings County Hospital. He earned his medical degree from Medical College of Ohio. He completed a residency at Schneider Children’s Hospital and Downstate Medical Center.
Dr. Greenblatt’s decision to pursue a career in pediatric neurology occurred after the birth of his son while he participated in his medical school pediatrics rotation. What he loves most about his job is interacting with his pediatric patients, particularly given that examining them often comes with play activity and they don’t realize they’re being examined. He specializes in child neurology and developmental pediatrics. He works with all issues of neurology in children, and he see patients at CapitalCare Developmental Pediatrics.
When not working, he spends time participating in community service activities through Congregation Ohav Shalom. He also enjoys skiing, playing organized ultimate Frisbee with his son, and working in stained glass with his daughter.
