Dr. Rachelle Brilliant is a board-certified family physician at Partners in Family Medicine – North Greenbush. She grew up in Colorado, New Mexico, Ohio, and New Hampshire as the daughter of an U.S. Air Force officer. Dr. Brilliant received her undergraduate degree from Binghamton University and earned her doctorate in osteopathic medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. She completed her osteopathic internship and residency at Albany Medical Center. Serving as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Albany Medical College, Dr. Brilliant enjoys training medical students. She is very involved with the New York and American Academies of Family Physicians, serving in various elected and appointed positions. Working with newborns to geriatrics, Dr. Brilliant enjoys the wide breadth of family medicine.
When not working, Rachelle enjoys music, travel, theater, pottery, and opera.
