Grace Hanlon is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist. She specializes in diabetes and medical nutrition therapy and is a member of the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists. Grace received her Master of Science in clinical nutrition, graduating magna cum laude, at New York University in New York, NY, and completed a dietetic internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York, NY. She earned a Bachelor of Science with honors in nutrition from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh in Plattsburgh, NY.
Grace treats patients of all ages at Community Care Endocrinology of Saratoga. She loves building relationships, seeing and inspiring changes, and working with each patient individually to achieve their goals. Grace believes listening and building rapport are most important when caring for patients. She has a passion for helping and working with patients to accomplish their health goals. Grace supports each patient through the unknown, educates, and acts as a resource.
Growing up playing soccer and running cross-country, Grace always loved cooking, and nutrition allowed her to bring all of these passions into a professional career. She is a native of the Capital Region, originally from Waterford, and attended Shenendehowa High School. Grace is a volunteer with catholic charities, specifically St. Mary's Church. She loves being outdoors, walking, spending time with a furry friend, or hanging near a local lake!
