Dr. Nathaniel Doro received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, ME, where he was a member of the Osteopathic Medical and Service Honor Society. He attended medical school after receiving his Master of Science in immunology and cancer biology at the University of Buffalo in Buffalo, NY. Dr. Doro completed his internship at Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown, NY, and then his residency in integrated interventional radiology at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY, where he served as Chief Resident. The diversity of patient populations and procedures, combined with the novelty and innovativeness of the field, drew Dr. Doro to Interventional Radiology from the very beginning. A native of Buffalo, staying close to home was a priority when working in IR. He found Albany the perfect place for an outdoor enthusiast, and the welcoming and supportive people solidified his decision.
